I was walking Sunday night after it had rained most of the day when I passed Madison Ave. in the Maple Ridge neighborhood (where I live). The street has a divider that is lined with Redbuds. I love this street more then any other in my neighborhood. I thought this had an erie feel. Not scary necessarily. Makes me wish I had a tripod though.

Madison Ave. at night

I like these photos. You should look into the Gorilla-pod in addition to your full sized tri-pod. It is easy to stash in a bag.
